Kelly Nash was raised in Davie Florida Davie, which lies close to Fort Lauderdale. Kelly Nash grew up boating and fishing with her father Ed Nash. Kaitlyn Nash is her sister . Carolyn Nash is her brother. Kelly Nash is of English and Irish origin. She is also Swedish. Her great-grandfather is a Portuguese Immigrant, immigrated to America from Portugal.



 Kelly Nash was a huge fan of the Miami Marlins since she was young. Although Nash loved sports since she was a child, she always thought she would become a journalist. Kelly Nash received a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Clemson University, Clemson, South Carolina in 2006. Clemson granted her a master's degree in Youth Development Leadership. In exchange for covering the Sports Information Department's Baseball and Soccer teams she was awarded a full athletic scholarship by the Clemson Athletic Department.



 Kelly Nash is MLB Network studio host who appears in several shows on the network including the nightly highlights program, Quick Pitch. Her appearances on The Fly, the Nightly Game recap show, as well as NHL Network Studio are a part of her duties as host for NHL Network Studio. The NHL Network hired her to join the MLB Network in March 2015. In 2015 she began her contribution to the NHL Network.
